I've been a musician since 2001, and a photographer since 2016.

I fell in love with making music in 2007 when I got my first guitar and learned a few classic riffs. There was always a beat in my head, so I had to take up drums soon after as well. It helped that I had previously studied piano for 5 years. I put all that together and started composing and recording music.

That led me to enroll into the 4-year Sound Recording and Design BA course at Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Serbia, and subsequently MA Audio Production at University of Westminster in London.

Since 2009 I have been in several bands as a guitarist, vocalist or drummer, produced with several more bands, released an album with The Combs in 2011, before kicking off my solo project Zerostring in 2015.

I discovered the joys of photography during cinematography class in school, and started taking photos using a friend's camera before buying my own. Every day, I photograph urban landscapes, portraits, events and just about anything I find interesting.

  • Colin Matheson Scholarship - fully-funded merit-based scholarship for postgraduate study at the University of Westminster (2017)

  • Belgrade Demo Fest Live 2014 - Best drummer award, and 3rd place by audience vote for Quarterbuzz
